Silent Wingsstarted out in the mind of Sven Reinicke and first came into existence in late 2010. Together with a long-time musical acquaintance, Lars Wessel, he went on to create the foundations of the band. The first groundwork had been laid when Rhea Logan joined the band in March 2011 as a vocalist, composer and the author of lyrics.
In late 2011, during the process of working on the band's first material, the concept for REVOLUTION UNFOLDING was born. Set on that course, the band focused on writing, composing and arranging the new songs for the next several months, concluding in April 2012 with the recording of vocals in the Silent Wings Studio in Oer-Erkenschwick, Germany. During that time, Alex von Uchtrup joined the band forces with his bass guitar. ;-)
